COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols:

The health & safety of our clients and staff is our top priority! All of our staff will be required to wear appropriate face coverings at all times when handling your Christmas Tree and while inside your home.
We kindly ask that all residents occupying your home wear protective face coverings when interacting with our staff.
We will happily accommodate any special health & safety requests that you may have. Please note in the "Delivery Instructions" box at check-out if you have any special health & safety requests.

PREPARING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY HAUL

Select and purchase your tree at your local tree farm. (Must be within 2 miles of your address).
Mark your tree with a name tag and let us know it's location when booking your Holiday Haul.
After booking your appointment, you will be contacted one day prior to your service where we will provide you with a 2 hour time slot for your appointment. Confirm that someone over the age of 18 will be home during service.
- Delivery window will be within two hours of your selected time.
- Our delivery personnel will call or text you at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to arrival.
Please respond with a confirmation & include any notes helpful for seamless delivery.
Make sure the path from the door to Christmas tree location is unobstructed and clear.

Pre-purchase a Christmas tree at your local tree farm, we pick it up and deliver to your home.

Curbside Delivery or In-Home Delivery options available.

In-Home: Starting at $55

In-Home + Setup: Starting at $85
*In-Home + Setup includes setting up the Christmas Tree in tree stand. Tree stand is not included. Service does not include setting up tree decorations, ornaments, or lights.
Delivery staff will call/text the number provided when they are 45 minutes to an hour away.
If choosing In-Home Delivery, please meet our staff at the door and direct them to the desired location. Our staff will perform a light clean-up after setting up your Christmas Tree.

*Christmas Tree Pick-up/Recycle is NOT included with tree delivery. Save money by booking our bundle that includes delivery and pickup/ recycle.

*Any Christmas tree pickup/ recycle orders placed after 12/25 are $20.00 extra. Please know, time slots are limited for orders placed after 12/25.
